Sintered metal powder filter element uses metal powder as raw material without adding adhesive. After forming by cold isostatic pressing, it is made by high temperature vacuum sintering.
All specifications can be customized according to your requirements and drawings. 
Sintered metal powder filter element has the following excellent properties:

Sintered metal powder filter element has a variety of alloy materials, which are mainly:
1.Stainless steel (304L, 316L);
2: Titanium and its alloys;
3: nickel alloy;
4: Monel (Ni-Cu alloy);
5: Inconel (Ni-Cr-Fe alloy);
6: iron aluminum alloy;
7: Hastelly B, C, X;
8: Other special materials.
General products can be made into tubular, sheet, plate or cone sintered metal powder products, according to
the needs of welding or sintering with a variety of interfaces.
Commonly used outside diameter sizes are: Φ30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 140mm, the length can be from 100~1500mm, greater than 1500mm can be welded, special specifications can be customized.
